My story

My love for technology led me to study engineering, until one seemingly obvious realization changed my career and my life: the most amazing technology is built by amazing people. I realized that if I wanted to build extraordinary things, I had to lead, inspire, and empower the people who build them. So I made a sharp turn and studied psychology instead. Still, most of what I know about psychology, leadership, and management wasn't learned in a classroom. I learned it in the field, working closely with exceptionally talented people on ambitious, shared missions. Over the past 12 years, I've written a book and delivered more than 1,000 talks. At the same time, I founded and led companies that became leaders in their industries, generated more than $30 million in revenue, served tens of thousands of customers, and ultimately led to a seven-figure exit.
